高技术人才项目
加拿大全球英才计划是加拿大临时外国工人计划的一部分,旨在增加让加拿大雇主获得高技能外籍人才的机会。该计划允许某些技术工人在申请后两周内获得工签。
这是加拿大全球技术战略的支柱之一,该战略旨在帮助创新型企业成长,确保它们能够迅速获得所需的高技能人才。
满足如下任一要求的加拿大本地雇主,都可以申请加入该计划:
- Category A:处于快速发展期的公司,可以证明需要从国外招聘独特的专业人才,并已经被指定的推荐合作伙伴引荐到加拿大全球人才计划;
- Category B:雇主希望聘用符合全球人才职业名录上职位的高技能人才,并且可以证明雇主公司对于该职位的需求很高。
对于参与该计划的雇主来说,他们还需要指定劳动力市场福利计划 (Labour Market Benefits Plan),其中需要列出在创造就业以及人才引进机会的同时,为加拿大劳动力市场带来持久收益的承诺。
工签免除情况:
另外,这一计划中,有两类工人现在可以免除获得工签的要求。凡是NOC 0类或A类职业的高技能工人可以在没有获得工签的情况下进入加拿大,他们可以在6个月的时间段内工作15天,或在12个月的时间段内工作30天。
在公共资助的授予学位的机构或附属研究机构从事研究项目的研究人员可以在12个月内来加拿大120天,不需要工作许可。
