PEQ Class

Introduction:

Quebec’s immigration programs include: Quebec Experience Class, Regular Skilled Worker Program and Quebec Business Immigration. Quebec Experience Class includes Foreign Students and Temporary Foreign Worker. Quebec Business Immigration includes Entrepreneur Program, Investor Program and Self-Employed Worker Program.

International Students Criteria:

1. Intend to live in Quebec
2. Have studied in Quebec for at least 1,800 hours (two years)
3. Have lived in Québec for at least half of the duration of your study program
4. Hold an eligible Québec diploma or expect to complete your study program within six months of the date of submission of your application
5. Demonstrate advanced intermediate knowledge of oral French
6. Have enough settlement funds according to number of dependents

Quebec Temporary Foreign Workers Criteria:

1. have the intention of settling in Québec to hold a job
2. be legally working in Quebec as a skilled temporary foreign worker
3. have occupied a full-time job at the management, professional or technical level for at least 12 of the 24 months preceding the submission of your application
4. Occupy a full-time job at the management, professional or technical level at the time of submission of your application;
5. demonstrate advanced intermediate knowledge of oral French
6. Have enough settlement funds according to number of dependents
