style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Physician<\/mark><\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Skilled-Worker-Stream\"><strong>Skilled Worker Stream<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Have an indeterminate, full-time job offer from a Nova Scotia employer<\/li><li>Have 1 year of work experience related to the job in the past five years \uff08TEER category 4 or 5 applicants must already have six months\u2019 experience with the employer\uff09<\/li><li>Be 21 to 55 years old<\/li><li>Have a high school diploma<\/li><li>Prove language ability equal to CLB Level 5 for TEER 0, 1, 2, 3 jobs and CLB 4 for TEER 4 or 5 jobs <\/li><li>Have enough financial resources to successfully settle in Nova Scotia<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Nova-Scotia-Experience:-Express-Entry-Stream\"><strong>Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry Stream<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration has temporarily paused the Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry (NSEEE) stream to NOC 62020 \u2013 food service supervisors.\u00a0<strong>The following are currently not eligible:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Under NSEEE, work experience with NOC 62020<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Have at least 1 year of work experience occupation at TEER category 0, 1, 2, or 3 of the National Occupational Classification in Nova Scotia in the past three years<\/li><li>Be 21 to 55 years old<\/li><li>Have a Canadian high school credential or equivalent<\/li><li>Prove language ability in English or French at CLB 7 for TEER categories 0 and 1 jobs or CLB5 for TEER categories 2 and 3 jobs<\/li><li>Have a profile registered in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada\u2019s Express Entry system<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Nova-Scotia-Labour-Market-Priorities-Stream\"><strong>Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities Stream<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Receive a Letter of Interest from the Nova Scotia Nominee Program within the Express Entry system<\/li><li>Submit your application within 30 calendar days of the date on which your letter of interest was issued<\/li><li>Meet the minimum work experience requirements of the Express Entry stream for which you have qualified<\/li><li>Demonstrate sufficient funds to successfully establish yourself and your family in Nova Scotia and to pay your immigration costs and travel expenses<\/li><li>Have legal status in your current country of residence<\/li><li>Meet eligibility criteria in place at the time you are issued a Letter of Interest; and<\/li><li>Have a valid Express Entry number and meet all IRCC criteria for the Express Entry pool<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Criteria for the November 7, 2022, draw are as follows. Candidates MUST:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Have selected French as their first official language and have a Canadian Language Benchmark score of 10 or higher in French in all language abilities<\/li><li>Have English as a second official language with a Canadian Language Benchmark score of 7 or higher in English in all language abilities<\/li><li>Hold a bachelor\u2019s degree OR have completed a program of three or more years at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Criteria for the Feburay 8, 2022, draw for Nurses are as follows. Candidiates MUST:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Have a primary occupation of registered nurse or registered psychiatric nurse (NOC 3012)<\/li><li>Have 3 years of experience as a registered nurse or registered psychiatric nurse.<\/li><li>Have a CLB score of 9 or higher in English<\/li><li>Hold a bachelor\u2019s degree OR have completed a program of three or more years at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Nova-Scotia-Labour-Market-Priorities-for-Physicians-Stream\"><strong>Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities for Physicians Stream<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Have an approved opportunity from the NSHA or IWK as either a general practitioner and family physician (NOC 31102) or a specialist physician (NOC 31100 and 31101);<\/li><li>Provide a copy of a signed Return for Service Agreement with the Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness indicating commitment to live and work in Nova Scotia for a minimum period of two years;<\/li><li>Receive a Letter of Interest from the Nova Scotia Nominee Program within the Express Entry system;<\/li><li>Submit your application within 30 calendar days of the date on which your Letter of Interest was issued;<\/li><li>Meet the minimum work experience requirements of the Express Entry stream for which you have qualified;<\/li><li>Demonstrate sufficient funds to successfully establish yourself and your family in Nova Scotia and to pay your immigration costs and travel expenses; and<\/li><li>Have legal status in your current country of residence.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Nova-Scotia-Occupation-in-Demand-Stream\"><strong>Nova Scotia Occupation in Demand Stream<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Have 1 year of work experience related to the job<\/li><li>Be 21 to 55 years old<\/li><li>Have a high school diploma<\/li><li>Have the appropriate training, skills and\/or accreditation for the job<\/li><li>Prove language ability equal to CLB 4<\/li><li>Show enough financial resources to successfully settle in nova scotia<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Seven eligible occupations:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>NOC 65200 (Food and beverage servers)<\/li><li>NOC 65201 (Food counter attendants, kitchen helpers and related support occupations)<\/li><li>NOC 65310 (Light duty cleaners)<\/li><li>NOC 75110 (Construction trades helpers and labourers)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"The-Entrepreneur-Stream\"><strong>The Entrepreneur Stream<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Be 21 years of age or older<\/li><li>Want to live permanently in nova scotia while owning and actively managing a nova scotia business<\/li><li>Have a net worth of at least $600,000 cad<\/li><li>Be able to invest at least $150,000 cad of your own money to establish a business in nova scotia<\/li><li>Have at least 3 years\u2019 experience actively managing and owning a business (1\/3 ownership minimum) or more than 5 years\u2019 experience in a senior business management role<\/li><li>Have a score of at least clb5<\/li><li>Complete an online expression of interest<\/li><li>Receive an invitation to apply from the nova scotia office of immigration<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"The-International-Graduate-Entrepreneur-Stream\"><strong>The International Graduate Entrepreneur Stream<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Want to live permanently in Nova Scotia while owning and actively managing a Nova Scotia business<\/li><li>Have at least one year\u2019s continuous experience actively managing and owning your current Nova Scotia business (33.33% ownership minimum)<\/li><li>Have completed a degree or diploma after at least 2 academic years of full-time, in-person study at a university in Nova Scotia or the Nova Scotia Community College<\/li><li>Have a valid post-graduation work permit<\/li><li>Have a score of at least CLB7<\/li><li>Complete an online Expression of Interest<\/li><li>Receive an Invitation to Apply from the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"The-International-Graduates-in-Demand-Stream\"><strong>The International Graduates in Demand Stream<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This stream is currently open to workers in 2 NOC job categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>NOC 33102: nurse aides, orderlies, and patient service associates<\/li><li>NOC 42202: early childhood educators and assistants<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Have a full-time permanent job offer from a Nova Scotia employer in a job category listed above that corresponds with your recent field of study;<\/li><li>Be 21 to 55 years old<\/li><li>Have a high school diploma<\/li><li>Have met requirements for completing a course of study within three years of your application. The program must have been at least 30 weeks in length. You must have completed at least 50% of the program in Nova Scotia<ul><li>If you are applying under NOC 33102, your program must grant a certificate, diploma, or degree<\/li><li>If you are applying under NOC 42202 your program must grant a diploma or a degree.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Have certifications issued by NS regulatory bodies required for the job<\/li><li>Prove language ability equal to CLB5<\/li><li>Show enough financial resources to successfully settle in Nova Scotia<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"The-Physician-Stream\"><strong>The Physician Stream<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>General practitioners and family physicians (NOC 31102) and specialist physicians (NOC 31100 and 31101) with signed approved opportunities with the Nova Scotia Health Authority or the IWK Health Centre<\/li><li>Be signed and dated by a person authorized to hire physicians at the NSHA or IWK<\/li><li>Be signed and dated by the applicant who is accepting the opportunity<\/li><li>Indicate eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of NS<\/li><li>Indicate that the applicant is eligible to apply for privileges and credentials with
