It is for certain temporary residents who are currently working in Canada and their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may be eligible for permanent residence if you have work experience in Canada in an essential occupation or the health or health services field OR you recently graduated from a Canadian post-secondary institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are 6 streams in this pathway:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Workers in Canada: health care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workers in Canada: essential, non-health care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recent international graduates from a Canadian institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>French-speaking workers in Canada: health care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>French-speaking workers in Canada: essential, non-health care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>French-speaking recent international graduates from a Canadian institution<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recent international graduates from a Canadian institution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have completed a program of study at a Canadian designated learning institution no earlier than January 2017, and been granted credential <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CLB of at least 5 in either English or French<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be employed in Canada with a valid permit or authorization to work at the time the application is received<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be living in Canada on valid temporary status, or be eligible for restoration of status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intend to reside in a province or territory other than Quebec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet admissibility requirements<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workers in Canada<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have one year of full-time work experience, or the equivalent part time experience (1,560 hours) in Canada in an eligible occupation in the three years preceding the application date. (Cannot be self-employed unless working as a medical doctor in a fee-for-service with a health authority)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CLB of at least 4 in English or French in all language abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be employed in Canada in any occupation at the time of application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be living in Canada on valid temporary status, or be eligible for restoration of
